We pride ourselves on handcrafting all our designs in-house at our Los Angeles studio from the highest quality ethically-sourced materials. This ensures that all our customers can be confident in purchasing these pieces without concerns of sub-par construction or unethical trade practices.

Hortense Jewelry is made from the finest 14K gold along with precious and semi-precious stones. All pieces can also be special-ordered in 18K solid gold or platinum. We strive to utilize recycled gold as much as possible to reduce our environmental impact. Any non-recycled gold we use, as well as all the diamonds we source, are exclusively from trusted companies upholding the highest human rights and environmental standards. We also use only Japanese pearls to ensure quality and luster.

We personally select only the best quality metals and stones, and every piece we make is a treasure to enjoy for a lifetime and even pass down to future generations. Each charm and pendant has the heft and weight of solid metal, and quality is always at the forefront of our minds with every piece we create.
